She is an engineer by profession having done her B. Tech in IT after which she went on to do an MBA in Marketing.
She has worked in the baking sector where she has won numerous accolades due to her exceptional performance and ability as a relationship manager.

A counsellor is one of the key persons in shaping the career of a student.
Hence, it demands thorough research and continuous upgradation on the part of any counsellor.
Anshu believes that “A Plan without a Goal is just a wish”, so she helps the students in identifying
their respective goals and aligning the talents and skills of these students along with those goals.
Once the goals are clear, students along with the parents just have to do their bit by taking the required
steps towards those goals in a definite time frame. A counsellor can lay out the entire road map to achieve
these goals in the defined time frame by leveraging his or her experience.

We, at Career Ladders, have a well-structured approach towards identification of the strengths and weaknesses of students in the available subjects and streams they wish to purse their graduation and post-graduation in. This is all done with the help of specific tools available on our platform after a series of personal interviews and discussions.
As we are into teaching and training as well, we strongly believe on keeping a close watch on the performance of our students which helps in evaluating in time whether their identified goals in terms of the target courses are really planned properly or not. We have a proper mechanism to keep a track of their performances irrespective of the fact whether they are preparing for the exams with us or from somewhere else.
